Shipping Options
We currently ship via UPS to any physical street address within the United States. We cannot ship to any P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We offer UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day Select shipping options. Ground service will take anywhere from 2-10 business days to reach you (usually 3 to 7 business days). The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the order and the shipping destination, which will be calculated for you during checkout. Your order of in-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within 72 hours of receipt.  If your order is placed after 12 p.m. Monday through Friday, your order will be processed the next business day.  We do not process orders or ship on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays. If you've provided a valid email address when you placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Out of Stock and Back-Ordered Items
While we make every effort to have featured merchandise in stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock or expecting a back-order on an item that you've ordered, you will receive an email notification with an expected ship date. If the wait for the item is too long for you, feel free to cancel the order.
