Online Returns

We stand behind the quality of our merchandise.  But if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused merchandise for a refund within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by your original receipt.

There will be a 10% restocking fee charged for returned merchandise over $100. Your original shipping charges will only be refunded if an item was shipped to you in error, the item was received defective, or if you refused the order due to damage during shipping. We will also pay for the return shipping if you received an item in error, it was received defective, or damaged during shipping. If you feel like you may qualify for paid return shipping please contact us via e-mail at sales@ottodukes.com or call us at 1-800-333-8537 for shipping instructions. 

Refunds will be credited back to you using the same method of payment as your original purchase.
