The DC2160 Roman Carbide Shaper Cutter is an industrial quality straight cutter and spacer used for 3/4" bore stile and rail sets. The DC2160 optional straight cutter allows you to customize 3/4" bore stile and rail set for thickness plywood panels. Use the DC2160 5.5mm set for undersized 1/4" panels and stack for all the way up to 3/4" pamels. Please note that changing the tongue thickness will change the overall thickness of the stacked stile and rail sets. Adjust your material thickness accordingly.
