The DC2300 Rasied Panel Undercutter is used with 4-5/8" Diameter Raised Panel Cutters from Roman Carbide, with a 3/4" bore. Undercutters are used to mill the backside of thicker raised panels (5/8" panel thickness or larger) to a standard 1/4" panel edge. This results in the finished panel edge matching the size of the panel groove cut to that of standard Cabinet Door Stile and Rails sets, utilizing a 1/4" panel groove. Stile and Rails sets sold seperately.

This undercutter should be used with a 1-3/4"outside diameter ball bearing rub collar, sold seperately as item # W1116.

DC2300 Undercutter Specifications:

• 3-Wing, Carbide tipped with shear cut.
• 2-1/4" Outside diameter with 3/4" center bore.
• Undercutter is recessed to accept 3/4" wide ball bearing rub collar, allowing for a 1/4" space between the back cutter and the raised panel cutter.
• DC2300 comes with plastic storage box for the cutter.
